Business Challenge Following a major internal strategic government review at one of our major public sector clients, there was a need for the establishment of a new agency
Solution FCL-UK established the new governance structure, processes and procedures to control business operations and changes for the new agency. We also established the new TOM, the management strategy, internal controls and compliance, audit and the calculation of the technical provisions.

Business Challenge
FCL-UK were invited to a major public sector organisation to assist in the introduction of a biometric identity card for all Non-EEA/EU foreign nationals entering the UK within a six month period due to the previous 3rd party suppliers being removed
Solution
FCL-UK established a team with overall responsibility to deliver the capability of a new system with supporting business processes to validate the identity of Non–EEA/EU individuals arriving at UK Points of Entry and track immigration status by providing a biometric verification capability, whereby individuals are checked and matched against data that was recorded and stored on the central database. The full solution was implemented throughout the UK at 6 new sites, as well as delivering a technical infrastructure to cover various locations around the UK,

It transformed the way the UK managed the numbers of Non-EEA/EU individuals entering the UK, enabling the UK government to record the number of individuals for the first time, reducing the time taken to process the individuals and reduce the large costs of enforcement by over 75%
